We’re Melissa and André Yandow, a husband and wife duo that specialize in thinking outside of the box. Our cat, dog, and baby have us coming up with unique solutions on the regular—and we also bring that to the table professionally. With over 20 years of combined marketing + agency experience working with powerhouse brands such as Universal Studios, Disney, Starbucks, and Kroger; we’re a small but mighty core team backed by a garden of trusted creative pros.

With 10 years of experience in marketing, design, and art direction, Melissa Yandow has done it all—from partnering with grassroots non-profits to collaborating with major brands during
her agency days.

By combining strategy and creativity, Melissa is focused on helping brands make a meaningful impact.

André Yandow

Director of Operations & Outreach

Graduating from Catawba College with a BA in Communication, André spent several years working in digital marketing across a
variety of industries.

After gaining experience building marketing skills in both the private and nonprofit sector, he decided to turn his creative drive toward making a positive difference in the world.
